The Space Studio in Central Douglas


Located in central Douglas on Bucks Road, the Space Studio offers a variety of classes for all levels, including Yin, Rope Yoga and Stretch and Unwind classes.

National Sport Centre


The National Sports Centre (NSC) on the Isle of Man is known for a variety of fitness classes, including yoga. The NSC's yoga classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are taught by experienced and qualified instructors.


The yoga classes at the NSC typically include a combination of traditional yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. The classes are designed to help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.


The best thing about practicing at NSC is free parking so you won't be rushed of your feet and the price is only GBP 4 per class!


Vault Yoga


For those Down South who don't want to miss out on the benefits of yoga, the Vault Yoga is the place to be. Located at the old kipper house, Port St. Mary, the studio is known for its relaxing yin yoga that works as a deep stretch class that revitalises the body's tissues. y holding postures for an extended period, it lengthens, hydrates, and releases deep connective tissues. As you sink into the pose, your connective tissue responds by stretching, twisting, squeezing, and compressing. After yin practice, you may be left feeling as if you've had a massage! Add to this the picturesque views of Port St Mary, that's a nirvana guaranteed!
